Vibe & Glow® Anchoring Yoga with Aromatherapy
Auratherapy proudly introduced the Vibe & Glow® Chakra Series, a transformative seven-class journey led by Miami-based certified trainer Thamar Theodore. This unique series went beyond traditional yoga flows by integrating chakra-focused aromatherapy, gifting each participant the corresponding Auratherapy perfume oil to embody the essence of their practice.
From the mat to the mind, Vibe & Glow ® has since evolved into a complete method—anchoring movement not only with breath but with scent, memory, sound, and energy alignment.
Why Scent Matters in Practice
Yoga already unites body and breath, but scent unlocks deeper layers of awareness:
Limbic Brain Activation: The limbic system, our brain’s emotional center, is directly connected to the sense of smell. When combined with yoga, perfume oils anchor feelings of safety, clarity, or joy to specific poses and flows.
Muscle Memory & Sensory Anchoring: Just as a posture repeats in the body, a scent repeats in the nervous system. Together, they build pathways of embodied calm and resilience.

The Seven Chakras, Seven Classes
Each week we journeyed through a chakra, pairing yoga flows with the gift of a chakra perfume oil to anchor the experience.
Root Chakra – Ground & Stabilize: standing postures + Vitality Oil.
Sacral Chakra – Flow & Create: hip-openers + Creativity Oil.
Solar Plexus Chakra – Power & Confidence: core work + Motivation Oil.
Heart Chakra – Love & Compassion: chest openers + Joy Oil.

From Series to Certification
The success of the Vibe & Glow® series inspired us to formalize it as a certification program. Today, yoga teachers can now take Vibe & Glow as an accredited training for continuing education credits.

- Pair movement with fragrance to support specific emotional states

The Vibe & Glow® Experience at Festivals
We launched Vibe & Glow® on the big stage at Yoga Expo and LoveShinePlay Festival, where we gifted the swag of all swag: signature Auratherapy mats, water bottles, and Chakra Discovery Kits—a bundle valued at over $300. These immersive activations brought our method to hundreds of yogis, who not only practiced but experienced the power of scent in flow.
