Tami Theodore, a trauma-informed yoga educator and breathwork facilitator based in Miami, has joined the Auratherapy team to train and certify Flow & Glow™ instructors across Florida and beyond.

Flow & Glow has become a standout offering in the Chakra Series at Auratherapy’s flagship Miami location. The immersive experience weaves together chakra balancing, guided movement, breathwork, and aromatherapy to create a transformative wellness journey. Designed as a turnkey solution, Flow & Glow equips yoga studios and wellness centers with comprehensive onsite programming and facilitator training—making it easy to bring this powerful activation into their own practices.
