People We Adore: Meet Olga Benitez

A: My name is Olga and I am the founder of Juiceful Co ., a Miami-based juice and wellness brand specialising in raw cold-pressed juices, organic seed mylks, and 1, 2, and 3 day cleanse and reset programmes.

What started as a personal practice twelve years ago became a purpose. I saw how my body responded and I knew I had to share it with others. My cleanses are designed to support real transformation from breaking cravings to restoring balance because health is the real wealth. All the money in the world can't keep you out of the hospital.

I work closely with every client to customise their cleanse and experience, blending seasonal flavours with intention. Every bottle is freshly made, raw, and unpasteurised because that is where the real nutrition lives.

My company started out of a search for better gut health for myself and after feeling that I did not want to just take supplements that the western medicine was offering I knew that I needed to fuel my body with nutrients it recognized and absorbed and helped my digestion. I fell in love with juice the moment I felt the nutrients on a cellular level quickly absorb into my body and reduce the inFLAMEation basically putting out the fire in my gut. my body responded so quickly after only a few days that I was immediatly hooked and wanted to share with my friends and family.

My mission is to reach people who are living with ailments that are curable with proper diet and get them off western medications while intruducing whole nutrient dense fruits and vegetables as the cure.

A: My superpower is connection and creativity in the kitchen. I have a gift for reading what someone needs and crafting something that meets them exactly there. Whether it's a three day reset after a difficult season, a chakra cleanse to realign energy, or simply a bottle of Sunshine to start the morning right I create with intention and love.

When my mom stoped taking her medication for arthritis and started drinking 16 oz of celery instead and said she had no pain in her joints whatsoever. I knew I needed to spread the word.

The moment I knew this work was bigger than me was the first time a client came back and told me how different they felt not just physically, but emotionally, mentally. That is when I understood that juice is just the beginning. What we are really doing is helping people come home to their bodies.

A: My family is my greatest ritual. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 36 years and our two daughters are the heartbeat of everything I do — they even join me at events. There is no greater reset than being surrounded by the people who know you completely. Beyond family, I practice what I preach. I juice, I cleanse, I listen to my body. I believe deeply that the body knows what it needs when we slow down enough to hear it. Nature, movement, the ocean and real food are my medicine.

A: The Sacral Chakra because everything I do comes from a place of creativity and nurturing. The sacral is where we create life, create nourishment, create connection. Every juice I make is an act of creation. Every cleanse I design for a client is an act of care.

The Root Chakra also runs deeply through my work because health begins at the foundation. When we nourish the body with real, living food we are literally feeding our roots. That groundedness, that vitality, that sense of being fully alive in your body that is what Juiceful Co. is here to give.
