A: Feelz was founded by Yesenia Garcia and Stephanie Kronen—two leaders with 30+ years of experience in wellness and CPG. After years in the cannabis and natural products space, they saw a gap: consumers were seeking feelable benefits without intoxication, compromise, or complexity. We craft plant-based gummies and functional elixirs powered by proprietary kanna extracts, functional mushrooms, and botanicals to support mood, focus, and relaxation while keeping you fully present. We create products rich in nootropics and adaptogens, designed to promote full-spectrum vitality.

A: My superpower is turning ideas into execution.

Many people are great at vision, and many are great at operations, but I've found that my strength lies in bridging the gap between the two. I enjoy taking something that feels overwhelming, complex, or uncertain and breaking it down into actionable steps that move a business forward.

Starting Feelz has been one of the best examples of this. When my co-founder and I launched the company, we weren't just creating products—we were building an entire business from the ground up. That meant navigating formulation, manufacturing, compliance, packaging, e-commerce, marketing, logistics, retailer outreach, and customer service, often all at the same time and with limited resources.

One moment that stands out was preparing Feelz for launch. There were countless moving pieces, tight timelines, and challenges that seemed to arise daily. Rather than getting stuck in the complexity, I focused on creating structure, prioritizing what mattered most, and keeping everything moving forward. Because of that, we successfully launched the brand, secured retail partners, built a loyal customer base, and have continued to grow while remaining lean and efficient.

What I've learned through the process is that progress doesn't come from having all the answers—it comes from being resourceful, staying organized, and finding a way forward. That's a skill I've relied on throughout my career and one that has been invaluable in building Feelz.

A: My self-care rituals are centered around activities that help me reconnect with both my body and my mind.

One of the most important is working out. I especially enjoy exercises that require coordination between multiple parts of the body and the mind—whether it's strength training, balance work, or movement patterns that demand focus and presence. It allows me to step away from the constant demands of work and be fully engaged in the moment.

I also love reading. For me, books are a way to reset, gain perspective, and temporarily step outside the day-to-day responsibilities of running a business. Even a short period of reading helps clear my mind and recharge my energy.

My favorite place to decompress, however, is the beach or anywhere in nature. Living in South Florida, I've always found a sense of peace near the water. Whether I'm walking along the beach, sitting by the ocean, or spending time in a natural setting, it reminds me to slow down and appreciate the bigger picture. Being surrounded by nature helps me reset, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

I've found that when I make time for movement, reading, and nature, I show up as a better leader, partner, and person.

A: If I had to choose one chakra, I would most identify with the (Heart Chakra) .

For me, life and business are ultimately about connection—connection to ourselves, to other people, and to the experiences that make life meaningful. That belief is a large part of what inspired me to co-found Feelz. We created products designed to help people feel more present, connected, and engaged in their everyday lives.

The Heart Chakra is associated with compassion, relationships, openness, and balance, and those are values I try to bring into both my personal and professional life. Whether I'm building partnerships, supporting customers, spending time with loved ones, or simply appreciating nature at the beach, I find the greatest sense of fulfillment comes from meaningful connection.

While I am naturally driven and goal-oriented, I've learned that the most rewarding achievements are those that positively impact others. That's why the Heart Chakra resonates with me most—it reflects the belief that success and wellbeing are best experienced when shared.
