A: I'm a yoga teacher, guide, and space-holder devoted to helping people come back into relationship with themselves. I founded Great Abiding Yoga as a reflection of that intention a space where individuals can soften out of the noise of expectation and reconnect with their own inner knowing. What began as teaching yoga has evolved into something much more expansive: a weaving of movement, breath, coaching, and retreat experiences that support people through transition, healing, and self-discovery.
At the heart of my work is the belief that many of us have become disconnected from our instincts what I often call being "instinct injured." We've learned to look outside of ourselves for answers, overriding the quiet, wise voice within.
My mission is to guide people back to that voice. Through intentional movement, honest conversation, and immersive experiences, I create spaces where people can remember who they are, rebuild trust in themselves, and move forward in their lives with greater clarity, courage, and alignment. Because when we learn to live from that place rooted in truth rather than conditioning everything begins to shift.
