People We Adore: Meet Vanessa Lambert

A: I'm Vanessa Lambert, visionary entrepreneur, artist, TEDx speaker, and the founder of The Starseed Collective and creator of The Priestess Path. I'm also co-founder of West Zephyr, our luxury wellness and retreat company.

I help spiritual entrepreneurs ditch the rulebook, unlock their creative genius, and build real wealth and impact while being radically themselves.

My mission is to prove, over and over, that business doesn't have to be boring, stiff, or suffocating. It can be bold, magical, and a whole damn vibe. Through The Priestess Path, global activations, and high-end retreats in sacred locations like Egypt, Nepal, and Bali, I help women expand their wealth, influence, and energetic capacity to lead like the cosmic powerhouses they were born to be, preferably while wearing a crown.

A: My superpower is holding the mystical and the momentum at the same time, without diluting either one. I move powerfully between two worlds: business, logistics, and visionary leadership on one side, and deep energetics, spiritual connection, and devotional practice on the other. It serves me by letting me walk between worlds with ease, and it makes me a way-shower for the women who want to navigate both spirit and success without having to choose. I help them stop feeling like they have to pick between their wealth and their soul, their spirit and their ambition. We can hold both at once, and it's exactly what makes us most powerful.

It's less a single moment and more a constant awareness of how I move through the world. In one breath I can hold a deep Kundalini activation or take a woman into the records of her soul to connect with her dharma, and in the next breath I'm discussing the future of business with AI, exit strategies, or how to architect a seven-figure offer suite. That fluency between realms is the gift. It's what makes the women I work with feel safe to bring all of themselves to the table, because I've already brought all of mine. This is my medicine.

A: I do Kundalini yoga every morning, almost no exception. It's how I connect to myself before the world takes me away. I journey in the Akashic Records at least weekly to touch in with my soul, anchor into my truth and my dharma. I love the ocean and alchemizing through water, salt, and sunsets. And honestly, some of my most sacred medicine is the simple stuff: time with my husband and our three animals, our two cats Cosmo and Luna, and our dog Daisy. They bring me so much joy and fill my heart.

I also love traveling to sacred lands. Whether it's visiting the temples in Egypt and sailing the Nile, honoring a full day of silence for Nyepi in Bali, or hiking in the Andes or the Himalayas, I love going to the most sacred sites on the planet and connecting with the energy there. Something in me always cracks open and I have a deeper appreciation for the planet and its people.

A: I work a lot through the third chakra, the third eye, and the crown. Those three are always very alive in me. Self-expression and the god force are my jam. When I'm activated in my personal power and connected to the god force, I become an instrument for creativity. I'm an artist, and everything is a canvas.

My business, my offers, my retreats, my ceremonies, all of it. The Third Chakra gives me the fire to move, the third eye gives me the vision and the channel, and the crown keeps me tapped into source so I'm never creating alone, only from devotion. When I'm anchored into these, my voice naturally comes online and my heart feels like the portal between heaven and earth. That trinity is where I live.
