Q: Tell us a little bit about you, your company and your company's mission.
-
Q: What is your superpower? Tell us about a moment you recall that your superpower served you?
A: Intuition! I am able to see trends and changes in systemic, institutional, and structural phenomena. I ask the right questions, even if they are uncomfortable. For example, I developed and tested an original theory of the firm based upon ownership structure, which traces the rise of politically and ideologically driven founders and founding families, offering insights into our current political moment in the U.S. and its impact on the global economy. This superpower served me by taking me to the London School of Economics and Political Science, for example, and guiding me to sell stock before the market tanked.

Q: What are your rituals for self-care, healing or de-stressing? Is there a special place you go?
A: Yoga - meditation, asana, pranayama, mindfulness, communing with nature. Bhakti is the yoga of devotion, including singing, chanting, and creating expressive art through dance, music, and song. Community heals me, especially collective conscious practices like kirtan, breathwork, and dancing.
-
Q: In which Chakra do you most identify and why?
A:
Heart - Bhakti is the yoga of devotion and of the heart. We can't wait to share Laura's live interview with Dr Susan - check it out here.
