A: My superpower is trusting my inner knowing, even when the path isn’t clear. When I faced illness, I realized it was a deeper message guiding me to listen and surrender. That trust led me to create Techies + Wellness and embrace a healing path I never expected.

Sometimes we try to control the process or define the outcome, but doing so can be limiting. When you follow your inner knowing, you open yourself up to something far more expansive—something greater than what you could have imagined at the time.

I’ve learned that when we follow our inner knowing—without needing to see the whole path—we’re led exactly where we’re meant to be.

A:I have a variety of self-love rituals and healing tools that I use regularly—and I’m always open to discovering new practices that resonate with me. Music is at the heart of my healing journey; it’s my medicine. Music moves me, connects me, is a way for me to express what words sometimes can’t and tunes me into the vibration of life. I believe sound is a powerful way to shift energy, create joy, and invite love. Fun fact—I’m in Spotify’s top 2% of listeners, which speaks to just how deeply music is woven into my daily life.

I play crystal alchemy bowls and instruments from around the world, using my voice as a vibrational healing frequency to guide intuitive sound baths. These sessions aren’t rehearsed—they flow naturally, guided by a deeper energy. This intentional vibrational work is a profound way for me to connect, heal, and hold space for others on a deep energetic level.

Beyond sound, I deeply value solo trips. As a mother, wife, fur mama, techie, entrepreneur, energy healing practitioner—and I should add, an empath and extreme introvert—carving out solo time is crucial. It gives me the space to reconnect with myself, explore new parts of my being, and deepen my relationship with who I am. Solo travel has become a powerful ritual for listening inward, discovering, shifting and evolving.

A: The heart chakra is the center of it all—when it’s activated, it energizes and harmonizes the entire chakra system. Rooted in love and openness, your energy flows outward, touching every part of you and everyone around you. What you bring into the world from this space is deeply felt, truly seen, and powerfully experienced. When your heart leads, you show up as your fullest, most vibrant self. At the same time, you naturally attract experiences and people that align with your vibration.

It all starts with self-love and compassion. For me, everything I do is rooted in love. It’s the sacred space where I feel most connected and alive—the energy I nurture within myself and pour into everything I create and share with the world.
