My Aura Reading at ISPA 2026: What Green, Yellow and Blue Revealed About Me

I’ve seen thousands of aura readings over the years—each one a window into someone’s energy field, and a reminder that wellness is personal.
But at ISPA 2026, I took a moment away from the booth and stepped in front of the AuraCloud 3D technology to read my own.
What came through was both surprising and deeply affirming:
- Green dominant (across my head, heart, and foundation)
- Yellow flowing in on the left
- Blue radiating out—how others experience me
In other words: healer energy, optimism in motion, and a calm presence.
If you’re here because you saw the carousel or the reel, this is the deeper story behind the slides.

Green: The Healer, the Builder, the Communicator
Green showed up as the anchor of my reading—and it immediately made sense.
Green is the color of growth, connection, and balance. It’s heart-led energy, but it’s also practical: greens build ecosystems. They care about people and they care about what makes people thrive.
The reading described green personalities as social, communicative, and deeply connected to nature. That’s the way I’ve always moved through the world—through relationships, community, and the desire to create something that genuinely helps.
And green comes with a lesson, too: when you’re wired to hold space for others, you have to remember to keep your own energy clear. Otherwise, you can overextend—over-communicate, over-give, over-carry.
Yellow: Optimism + Clarity Moving In
Yellow came in on the left side—energy flowing into my field.
Yellow is solar plexus energy: confidence, clarity, intelligence, joy. It’s the part of you that says, I can. I will. I’m allowed to take up space.
In the context of ISPA, that felt like a message about expansion—bringing more lightness, play, and conviction into the next chapter.
Sometimes growth requires more than strategy. It requires permission.
Blue: The Calm People Feel Around Me
Blue appeared on the right side—how others experience me.
Blue is communication, teaching, steadiness. It’s the exhale.
I loved seeing that reflected back, because at the core of what we do, we’re not just offering products—we’re offering nervous-system-safe experiences. Spaces where people can slow down, feel, and reconnect.
If people feel calm around me, I want to honor that. It’s part of my leadership.
The chakra story (what the data said) + what I’m doing about it
Two things stood out in my report:
-
- Base (Root) chakra: 6
- Throat chakra: 6
And my Mind/Body/Spirit balance came in at 36/33/31—almost perfectly even.
To me, that reads like grounded vitality + clear expression, supported by overall balance.
Root (Base) chakra — grounded vitality
When your root is strong, you feel safe in your body, steady in your day, and resourced enough to build.
Ritual recommendation:
-
- Apply a grounding scent to pulse points before big days (or before speaking/leading)
- Pair it with 60 seconds of slow breathing + feet-on-floor presence
Oil to support this center:
Throat chakra — expression + leadership
When your throat center is clear, you don’t just have the message—you can deliver it cleanly. You set boundaries, you share your truth, and you communicate without overexplaining.
Ritual recommendation:
- Wear your throat blend on days you’re presenting, recording, or doing hard conversations
- Use it as a cue: speak slowly, say less, mean more
Oil to support this center:
Want to try the whole system first?
If you’re exploring your own energy, the easiest entry point is sampling the full chakra collection and noticing what your body reaches for.
And it’s a reminder I keep coming back to: the brand only scales sustainably when the founder is resourced.
Why I’m sharing this
Aura readings aren’t about labels. They’re about reflection.
They show you what’s loud, what’s quiet, what’s flowing—and what might need attention.
At ISPA, this reading reminded me why Auratherapy exists: to make energy work tangible, experiential, and accessible—especially inside the spaces where people already go to heal.
If you’re a spa or wellness destination and you’re curious about bringing aura readings into your offerings, I’d love to connect.
And if you’re simply curious about your own energy: consider this your invitation.
P.S. — In the two days that followed this reading, we went on to do 137 aura readings at the show. A new record. The energy was real, and apparently, so was the demand.
And yes — still green. If you want to see where this reading started, Laura shared her first aura breakdown last September: My Aura Reading: Living in the Green
