In order to enjoy the mat as long as possible,you should:
- Always roll the mat with the top facing out,in an upright position,avoid scratches.
- Store the mat in a cool and dry place, to avoid sun exposure.
- Before the practice, be sure to wash off any creams from your hands/feet.
- Wash the mat only when necessary with a clean,damp cloth without detergents.
- If needed,you can use a diluted neutral detergent.
- Never scrub the mat where it is dirty. Rinse the entire mat and repeat the process if necessary.
- After washing, leave the unrolled mat to air dry.
- Do not wash the mat in the washing machine.
- Do not immerse in water.
- Frequent washing of the mat may cause color fading and loss of adhesion.
