Meet Your Instructor
Tami is a vibrant Miami-based RYT200 yoga teacher, trained in vinyasa yoga by the award-winning RYS Mimi Yoga studio. With a background in dance performance & hosting among other skills, she teaches with a holistic approach of breathwork, movement, sound, and aromatherapy practices. As a first-gen Haitian American and Miami resident for over 10 years, she is devoted to facilitating diverse and inclusive wellness experiences.
