A: Sarilla is an alcohol free spritzer made with organic fair trade tea leaves grown in Rwanda, and we also have some caffeine-free functional herbal blends. I created it in kegs to serve as nonalcoholic options for local social venues in Asheville NC and have been working with Genocide survivors in Rwanda since 2007.

People We Adore: Sara Delaney
We all have people we meet along the way, connect with and know we adore. As we share what we are up to we create a vibration and lock into areas of compatibility. Meet Sara!
-
Q: Tell us a little bit about you, your company and your company's mission.
-
Q: What is your superpower? Tell us about a moment you recall that your superpower served you?
A: It's tough to define one because I am always learning more about myself and our tagline at Sarilla is Nourish Your Inner Power. I believe we have everything we need inside of us to heal, renew and recognize our dreams but somewhere along the way we can lose sight of our gifts. I have a way of seeing the light in other people.
-
Q: What are your rituals for self-care, healing or de-stressing? Is there a special place you go?
A: I focus on self care basics like sleep, nutrition, clean water, exercise, self talk. I work with a coach, mentor and recovery sponsor. I like to journal and spend time in the woods.
-
Q: With which Chakra do you most identify and why?
A: Root Chakra is one I work on often because it's my understanding it helps to ground our energy and heal that part of our body. I have a very open crown chakra and it's easy for me to vision and tap into the realms so I also need to stay grounded with building my business.
