Unlike conventional yoga classes, each Flow & Glow™ session dives deep into the energy of a single chakra. Guided by breathwork, mirror work, sound healing, and intention setting, each class is anchored in Auratherapy’s Chakra Boost Perfume Oils—organic essential oil blends formulated to shift mood and energy.

• The Root Chakra class (grounding) infused the space with a woodsy blend of patchouli and sandalwood.
  
  

• The Sacral class (creativity and sensuality) danced with jasmine, ylang ylang, and blood orange.
  
  

• The Solar Plexus (empowerment) glowed with citrus and spice—mandarin, lemon, and cinnamon—paired with a tea ceremony evoking ancient rituals.

From Pop-Up to Phenomenon

What began as a monthly Sunday morning class has quickly evolved into a sold-out, buzz-worthy experience attracting professionals, creators, healers, and the wellness curious. Many first encountered Auratherapy at the Yoga Expo Fort Lauderdale, where the brand hosted 100+ participants and gifted mats, water bottles, and discovery kits valued at over $300.

Held at 230 NW 25th Street in Wynwood, classes offer guests an optional discounted aura reading—a real-time, visual energy scan before or after the session. Attendees also receive a goody bag with a mini chakra perfume oil roll-on to take their practice beyond the mat.
